Objective: To Provide Efficient Maintenance Services for the Comfort of Company Staff.
Properties and Facilities Maintained
* 1 Office Complex of 16 Buildings including 7 Lifts, 1 Industrial Kitchen, 1
Canteen and 10 Bed Medical Clinic.
* Several Residential Complex consisting of:
* 14 Apartment Buildings, 132 Houses and 50 Guests Rooms, School of 21
Classrooms and 2 Clubhouses, 7 Swimming Pools, 66 Generators (from 40
KVA up to 1275 KVA),16 WTP,1 WWTP, HVAC, A/Cs and Fire Hydrants.
* Labour and Service Contracts.
* Responsible for the Management 8 Technical Supervisors including 4 Expatriate.
* 60 Technicians and Numerous External Contractors.
* Tasks: Coordinate the Maintenance Team Sections: Power Plants, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC,
Carpentry, Painting and Civil Works.
* Coordination and follow up of New and Existing Projects:
o Coordinated Successful Bids, Obtained Approval/Signature, Supervised the Work for a
Successful Completion.
o Approved Purchase Orders and Purchase Requests. Responsible for Job Completion
Certificate Delivery.
* Implementation and Management of Maintenance Contracts in Coordination with Methods and
Contract Departments.
* Assist HSE Department to Organise Meetings and Sub-Contractor's Forums.
