    PARIS 2013 - maintenant Primarily responsible for all office administration and facilities matters (building and
    equipment) in the Geneva, Paris, Helsinki, Dublin, Bonn, Stockholm and London Offices. This
    include managing repairs and maintenance, cleanliness, security, stationery and kitchen
    stock, as well as purchasing and contracting for all office goods and services. Supervise and
    mentor 6 facilities volunteers across EMEA.

    Facilities

    - Maintain a safe, well-functioning and inspiring working environment for the employees ;
    - Work with the Global Real Estate Director and establish yearly office budget, track costs
    versus budget and recommend any opportunities to optimize running cost
    - Establish and communicate office policies and procedures
    -Implement and train local staff on office emergency and Health & Safety procedures
    - Manage contracts and supplier relationships for all maintenance issues air-conditioning,
    lighting, painting & decorating, document archiving, plants, water coolers, coffee machines,
    fire equipment, building services or any other reasonable matters
    - Monitor, stock and keep tidy all communal areas including: kitchen, general stationery
    cupboards, meeting rooms, etc.;
    - Monitor and manage inbound and outbound post and couriers.
    - First point of contact for all Facilities and Office ``issues''
    -Establish a feedback process to assist in identifying and prioritizing repair and maintenance
    activities and generate recommendations on how to improve the office.
    Invoicing / Supplier Management (Office Management and General Admin vendors only)
    - Request quotes from suppliers for office and facilities services & goods.

    Security / Health & Safety

    - Install, maintain and administer the security systems for staff, visitors and consultants for all
    OWW locations
