    Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2014 Mes principales missions, transverses à l'ensemble des 3 entités d'Astek Finance:

    - Responsable du process Recrutement
    - Plan de Formation et mise en oeuvre
    - Suivi et intégration des collaborateurs
    - Administration RH, Comités RH
    - Reporting et indicateurs de suivi
    - Salons et forums Ecoles

    L'Unité Finance est dédiée aux métiers de la banque d'investissement, de détail et de l'assurance et représente plus de 200 consultants sur les 3000 collaborateurs du groupe. Nous sommes référencés chez les plus grands comptes bancaires, avec la moitié de notre activité en mode centre de service/ATG.

    Nous intervenons depuis 2006 en gestion de projets techniques (Maitrise d'oeuvre Nouvelles technologies : JAVA/J2EE/.NET/BDD) et fonctionnels (maitrise d'ouvrage SI, métier, BI), conseil et intégration de progiciels métiers (Murex, Calypso, Sophis, Reuters,...).

    Nous recherchons donc principalement des ingénieurs d'études et développement, des consultants maitrise d'ouvrage, et des Chefs de projet ayant ou non une première approche du métier de la banque de détail ou de marché.
