Overall Service Delivery responsibility, ensuring the client is completely satisfied with the delivery of all services and projects across 5 continents. This involves leading a virtual “team” and Partner Organisations around the world each responsible for the delivery of service within their country or region.
Main contact between all parts of Microsoft that service the client and the client’s most senior management.
In charge of working closely with the Account team to:
- Achieve all Service Level Agreements globally
- Understand the Customer business and the impact of Technology to their business
- Identify new services which directly contribute to growing the success of the clients in their industry
- Grow the account with regards to revenue
