In the role of executive assistant to the Vice President for Customer Support and
Services, I coordinated 35 Customer Support Directors and led transversal
activities with Contracts, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Maintenance, Flight
Operations and Programs. I established a regional sales and marketing plan and
organized pro-active reviews of achievements against plan. Through monthly
management meetings, major in-service, marketing and sales issues were
assessed and resolved.
