  1997 - 1999 1) Managed communications and training project as part of a 15 million dollar CDN GIS consulting project at the Ministry of Forests in British Columbia; developed evaluation criteria and analyzed training manuals; managed external supplier and launched training across all Ministry sites; coordinated with 5 project teams to ensure projects were in synch; developed communications and reporting disseminated to Ministry employees.
  2) Designed and taught custom training courses for small businesses including the British Columbia Nurses Association.
