- answer clients' questions over emails regarding product and service;
- maintain customer records by updating account information;
- help resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
- determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
- expedite correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution;
- provided support in several languages: English, French, German, Russian;
- worked with following tools: Zendesk, Jira, Atlassian, Google Drive, Slack.
