With over 14 years professional experience in the IT & technology field, I have
developed valuable skills in web development and digital technology implementation.
I passionately strive for excellence in every project through implementing new technologies, pushing design capabilities, or leading/educating team members.

As a French National, I have worked in both Europe and Australia helping me to identify
and understand global trends in detail to adapt them to suit individual client needs.

On the other side of the computer, I’m obsessed with planes and everything
mechanical that flies. I’m currently undergoing my pilot license training, but when I’m
not studying for that you can find me eating at the latest Melbourne restaurant
(like every good Melbournite does).

  • Cassette - IT Manager

    2009 - maintenant Started at Cassette as a senior Web developer (Front/Backend), I have been involved in the development of 350+ websites, EDMS and applications using technologies such as PHP/HTML5/JS and frameworks such as WordPress/CodeIgniter/Laravel.

    In recent years, I stepped back from day-to-day development and increased responsibilities and my team management role as the department grew.

    Strategic
    Develop and deliver procedural and structural innovations and improvements in collaboration with Digital Producers to deliver greater resource efficiencies and effective digital solutions and outcomes.

    Operational and projects related
    - Assist Digital Producers to scope projects, develop pricing estimates
    - Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.
    - Defines, communicates and enforces coding standards.
    - Responsible for Quality Assurance following Cassette quality standards (unit testing approach)
    -Tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve Cassette's methodology and training offerings.

    Financial
    - Forecasting on a daily, weekly and monthly level, all programming resources required to deliver client and internal projects in an efficient yet effective manner
    - Provide recommendations on the most efficient Programming Team structure and resourcing levels for optimum performance
    - Continuous review of all client projects to identify areas of process or creative improvement

    People
    - Sourcing and appointing freelance staff if required for overflow work
    - Undertake training and induction of new programmers, digital team members or interface/digital designers as required
    - Participate in all programs and enforces all policies relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.

    Administrative
    Co-ordinate, facilitate and organising projects and internal/external support team(s) to successful project completions using Agile/Kanban approach
