En résumé

Titulaire d'un doctorat de biologie, je recherche actuellement un poste en R&D au sein d'un laboratoire pharmaceutique ou une société de biotechnologie.

Ma formation scientifique ainsi que les premières étapes de mon parcours professionnel ont été très orientées vers le milieu industriel. Au cours de cette période on m'a confié plusieurs projets scientifiques qui m'ont notamment permis d'appréhender concrètement la logique industrielle en matière de stratégie scientifique et de gestion de projets.

Ce parcours professionnel a été complété par un passage de 6 ans dans une société de biotechnologie, ou il m'a été confié la mission de développer les tests cellulaires basés sur des concepts innovants. Ce travail m'a permis d'étoffer mes acquis en développant une certaine expertise concernant les aspects économiques et stratégiques d'un projet d'entreprise.

  • Sanofi - Research Scientist

    Paris 2014 - 2015 In the exploratory research deprtment, I was in charge to set-up and implement a cellular model of pancreatic diffrentiation.
    Among others my missions were:
    -Expression pattern of mRNA pancreatic markers.
    -Stem cell differentiation
    -Literature review of transcription factors involved in pancreatic differentiation.

  • Led Engineering & Development - Project leader R&D

    2014 - 2017 -Development and optimization of innovative cell-based assays for cell toxicity assessment.
    -Comparative study of classical in vitro toxicity/genotoxicity testing methods.
    -ECVAM test submission.
    -Monitoring of multi-partner projects in the environmental and food toxicity fields.

    Paris 2005 - 2006 In the Central Nervous System department, I was in charge to implement a complete cloning program of protein kinase involved in neuritogenesis.
    Among others my missions were:
    -Cloning of expression vectors (Gateway technology)
    -Protein production and purification.
    -Development of a prokaryotic expression model.

  • Inserm - Doctoral research scientist

    PARIS 13 1999 - 2003 Pharmacological study of the human V1b vasopressin receptor.
    -Characterization of new specific peptidic and non-peptidic GPCRs ligands.
    -Study of the interaction sites responsible for the selectivity of hormonal GPCRs.
    -Literature review of the physiopathology of stress, anxiety and depression.
