  * Prepares wages paid to Estate workers, while ensuring calculations and deductions are accurate and complete, comply with legislation and integration in to financial accounts;
  * Plans and coordinates quarterly and year end account closure process, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts balances;
  * Prepares and phase Estate/Sheet Factory budget in line with approved budget preparation parameters;
  * Monitors budget and provides regular Budget Vs Actual analysis for information to the Estate and Group Management;
  * Prepares cost awareness report on variances analysis and submit to Estate and Group Management making proposals for action;
  * Holds discussion with Estate Management to ensure budget compliance;
  * Submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Crop Group Accountant for Consolidation;
  * Monitors the Implementation of internal and external audit recommendations;
  * Performs other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager and Crop Group Accountant Rubber (CGA R).
