* Analyzes and reconciles fixed assets register to ledger accounts balances, and prepare fixed asset matching schedule;
* Analyzes and reconciles general leger accounts balances on monthly and quarterly basis, and submit to Crop Group Accountant for consolidation;
* Prepares and phase Estate/Sheet Factory budget in line with approved budget preparation parameters;
* Monitors budget and provides regular Budget Vs Actual analysis for information to the Estate and Group Management;
* Prepares cost awareness report on variances analysis and submit to Estate and Group Management making proposals for action;
* Holds discussion with Estate Management to ensure budget compliance;
* Submission of monthly and quarterly management reports to the Crop Group Management Controller for Consolidation;
* Monitors the Implementation of internal and external audit recommendations;
