En résumé

Autodidacte, suivant des cours, au fil des mes rencontres, notamment chez Toussaint Mufraggi à Ars Nostra, je reste convaincue que cette liberté d'apprentissage est la meilleure manière de toujours exprimer "sa" propre personnalité. Car au final, ce qui rend la peinture unique, c'est la part de vous-même que vous y mettez!

Si mon parcours professionnel jusqu'à ce jour fut avant tout "alimentaire" mon cher Watson, ma passion pour la peinture et la création artistique a toujours été présente. Toute ma vie, faite de voyages et donc d'images me prédisposait à ce choix de carrière.

    Boston 1987 - 2007 Managed daily operations (±2,000m² - 70 colleagues). Supervision of outsourced staff (5 pers.): reception, cleaning, technical maintenance and security. Reporting to the VP & GM.
    Established operating budgets and negotiated with various suppliers for privileged rates. Administered supplies and external archiving. Liaised regularly with I.T. department for monitoring of the IT Room. Responsible for the maintenance and booking of the company apartment.
    Organized corporate executive meetings and their travel plans as well as annual Christmas parties. Planned and followed-up of internal transfers as well as office downsizing.
    Other responsibilities as P.A. to the Director of Marketing Europe included traditional assistant duties i.e., overseeing of agenda, business travel, drafting correspondence and presentations. Preparation of reports, monitoring scorecards.
    Former positions within the group included: Administrative Assistant to the Director of Manufacturing Europe (02), Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer Europe (‘94), Assistant to the HR Director Europe (’92).

    1985 - 1987 Provided trilingual assistance to the Deputy Division Chief, Senior Economists and their consultants. Filtered calls, arranged for meetings, appointments and mission travel plans.
    Edited, proofread and dispatched confidential reports intended for relevant foreign ministries and have monitored files distributed in-house. Drafted and/or translated short pieces of correspondence.
    Transcribed conferences on a bilingual basis from tapes.
    On divisional scale, kept attendance records, supervised filing and the dispatch of weekly pouch to the U.N. in New York.
  • Socfi - Ste d'Organisation de Congres Francais & Internationaux - Assistante

    1984 - 1985 Organized conventions for various private sector companies contracting the Socfi to host various symposia. Identified sites, hotels, tour possibilities, social events, contacted the press and wrote ads for relevant publications.
    Established files (Dbase) and managed mailing lists, pre- and final registration as well as payment of dues. Contracted related services.
    Set-up and/or translated logos, flyers, registration forms, program booklets. Coordinated receipt of abstracts, screened them for the selection committee.
    Acted as PR and translator at social events organized during the conventions held in France or abroad.

    1981 - 1984 NGO Status. Provided assistance to the Executive Secretary, President, Members of the Bureau and Representatives of Member Organizations. Drafted and dispatched call for papers, scheduled scientific sessions at yearly congresses. Ensured compliance to the scientific standards of the IAF.
    Communication of the scientific program and conferences presented on the occasion of yearly congresses in connection with the press and editors and after agreement from concerned organizations.
    Recorded and transcribed minutes of General Assemblies and Board of Trustees meetings. Translated President’s addresses. Reviewed blue prints of congress proceedings prior printing.
    Attended social gatherings and acted as P.R. during such congresses organized worldwide (Rome 81, Paris 82, Budapest 83).
  • 5 EBI FM - Adelaide - South Australia - Radio Announcer - French Programs

    1980 - 1980 Held the Microphone twice a week on the Australian 5EBI FM Radio to broadcast the French speaking Program in South Australia. Also did some promotional tape advertising in English and participated to other foreign program on an English speaking basis...
