    I participated in a training session at the National Institute for Administration & Development at the Civil Service Council and I also participated in several workshops such as:

    * At the ESA about the role of the Public Institutions. ;
    * At Commodore Hotel about Corruption and the new role of the State.


    * Abroad:
    * At the Arab Organization for Administrative Development about the Budget of Projects and the performance Budget and the evaluation of the Global Performance of the Governmental Institutions. ;
    * Arab Institute of Planning In Kuwait about Globalization.

    I participated in the preparation of many Legislations. Some of them were approved by the Parliament and therefore were implemented such as:

    2000 - 2004 Finance & the Prime Minister's Advisor from 1992 till 1998 and from 2000 till 2004 and I was the Prime Minister's Advisor from 2005 till 2006.

  • The Ministry of Finance & the Prime - Director of the Public Accounting

    1992 - 1998 , I represented the Ministry of Finance & the Prime Minister in the meetings of most of the parliamentary committees and I participated in the discussion and adjustment of most of the legislations that were issued during that period.
