The function of the Crew Administrator and logistic coordinator is to carry out the day-to-day accounting and administrative duties on the crew. iam responsible for keeping all required field personnel recordsand needs, statistical and accounting reports of theRIG or crew while seeking to promote improved Quality as well as Heath, Safety and Environmental practices. iam also responsible and accountable for following all company and client instructions.
I was working WITH BGP in Algeria the client was Sonatrach, GGS Global geophysical service in Algeria PTTEP client and now with Westerne Geco /Schlumberger as Crew administrator & Logistic coordinator the client GAZ PROM, REPSOL, and now with the client Sonatrach
please see bellow my GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & OPERATIONAL DUTIES:
Overall responsibility for the Junior Staff camp in regard to setup, maintenance and condition.
Liaising with local authorities/government, banks and suppliers as necessary.
Maintain and check time records for all personnel and subcontractors equipment’s.
Management of local camp personnel who report directly to them. Compile and review the monthly local payroll and maintain the field petty cash account.
Provide the other departement - Work Shop-VIB shop - Cat shop -Drill shop with the requiered parts for maintenance
Co-ordination with Party Manager to ensure that all employee records are maintained and updated. And facilities, maintenance of QHSE standards in the camp. And
Advise the Party Manager of operational and technical problems with personnel or equipment.
To ensure that the rental equipment’s assignment list is updated and managed correctly and all licenses & permits required for crew operation are valid and up to date.
Ensure accurate records kept for Desert Passes for crew personnel. Ensure desert passes are kept valid.Responsible for the hiring of new Junior Staff as advised by the Party Manager.
