Teun’s career demonstrated that recognizing and considering cultural differences are an important source for business success and personal deployment.
He has been acting as a Consultant to assist others improving their operational success in the globalizing, intercultural world.

Prior to establishing as a Consultant, Teun Ros spent 6 years at Dassault Systemes (DS), a worldwide leader in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. During this period he has been Sales Director for the large international groups in the European Aerospace, Defense and Shipbuilding industry, such as EADS (Airbus, Eurocopter, ...), Finmeccanica (Alenia, Aermacchi, AgustaWestland, Selex,...), BAE Systems, Sukhoi, Saab, Meyer Werft... . He also assumed subsidiary management roles in the UK and the Benelux.

Before joining DS, Teun held during 16 years several management positions at EADS Matra Datavision, a leading Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software editor at that time. He was also a member of the Corporate Management team.

His responsibilities ranged from Corporate Director for international sales & presales, product marketing, R&D to consulting services and business transformation.
In all these missions, Teun has been dealing with teams and customers in nearly all European countries, in North and South America as well as in Asia.

Before, Teun has worked at Kongsberg, a diversified Norwegian Hi-tech and Defense Group in the Numerical Systems Division as the presales and technical Director for the French and Benelux markets.

His very first jobs were in the Aerospace and Automotive industries, introducing the then revolutionary new CAD/CAM tools in international collaborative projects.

Teun is a Dutch citizen, living since many years in France.
He is a graduate from the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands (aerospace engineering), one of the world’s leading engineering universities.
