- Having 17 years of engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry with EPC Contractors (detail engineering), Engineering Consultants (FEED & detail) and Operating Companies (PMC).
- Handled various project scopes like LPG & Hydrogen recovery, gas treatment, gas compression, flaring networks, crude stabilization, oil pumping, surface gathering and artificial lift facilities (ESP, Gas Lift, Water/Gas/WAG Injection.)
- Experienced in piping materials, layouts and stress analysis; specifications, datasheets, calculations, schedules, MTO, drawings, material requisitions, technical bid evaluation, vendor deliverables, bidders’ interaction, client representation, consultant/contractor supervision, etc.
- Well conversant with greenfield, brownfields, plant modifications and piping tie-ins.
- Experienced with various piping materials; metallic (CS, LTCS, SS, CRA) and non-metallic (GRE) for normal and sour services.
- Knowledgeable and conversant with International Codes and Standards for the Oil and Gas industry (API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, MSS, BS, NFPA, etc.) and operators’ specifications (ADMA-OPCO, GASCO, ADCO, TAKREER, Shell DEPs).
- Handled several Leadership/Coordination/Engineering Management related activities; exposure to and interaction with Operating Companies management and engineering teams, leading in-house multidisciplinary engineering teams, supervision of discipline engineers and designers.
- During the Master of Engineering Management studies, gained a considerable quantum of knowledge related to management, business environment and strategic decision making: studied interesting subjects like Project Management, Engineering Economics, Accounting for Managers, Strategic Management, Quality in Management, Operations Management, Economic Analysis of Business, and Managing People in Organization.
