Jeunes retraités mais avant tout experts passionnés, ils souhaitent transmettre leurs talents à tous les curieux qui ont envie d'apprendre !

Très attachés à l'entraide au sein de nos villes et aux relations intergénérationnelles, nous nous sommes dit qu'il était temps d'agir afin de rapprocher ces générations et remettre de l'humain dans notre société de demain.

    Les savoir-faire d'Alphonse ? La mécanique de motos anciennes, voitures et vélos, la couture et le tricot, la création de mobilier design et industriel en DIY (lampes, tables...), la restauration de meubles anciens, ou encore la photographie (développement en chambre noire et prise de vues)...

    2015 - 2015 - Assist the investment process: analysing new opportunities, preparing investment memoranda for clients, drafting letters of intent, monitoring the due diligence and completion of the transaction;

    - Assist on the day to day asset management: quarterly management reports, coordinate valuations, lease negotiations, monitoring of works, marketing strategy;

    - Gather and analyse data concerning real estate lettings and investment sales;

    - Build cash flow models, sensitivity analysis and financial modelling.
