  COURTABOEUF 2007 - 2014 As part of the outsourced IT Operations department, managed complex and business critical applications of a mobile telecom operator and contributed significantly to the renewal of the architecture and the migration, replacement and operations of applications. Delivery Lead for the Applications teams composed of onshore and best shore colleagues and acted as second and third line of support for incident, problem, release and change management processes.
  
  Key projects, tasks and achievements:
  • Delivery Lead for Application Management - best shore activities for first and second incident management levels. Managed a pool of 15 main applications connecting several hundreds of users and customers throw web interfaces (CRM / payment interfaces / engineering tools / document management and scanning tools / incident management tools) with a total of approx. 40 components. Led 2 teams of 5+ persons each.
  • Managed application and middleware activities (upgrade / rollout / transformation / reporting / tuning / coordination of activities on new implementation and transformation – project management…) in line with ITIL best practice.
  • Created cookbooks for in-house applications.
  • Customer facing, Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Responsible for SLAs and other agreements.
  • Implemented and maintained a centralized tool for all the applications under my responsibility
  • Managed failover and off-site failover of applications. Led Projects for Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
  • Participated actively in many implementations of new applications or decommissioning of servers and applications as key owner and/or PM.
  • Management of production and test/development environments for Documentum applications and servers.
  • Coordination with 3rd level support: bug reports – enhancement requests – tuning –
  • Led several Service Improvement Programs (SIP) for different environments such as Citrix and ESX environment and Complex n-tier business critical applications.
  • Participated in Outsourced Team creation and Led Hand Over project.
  • Led Knowledge Transfer project to other companies.
