Thibaut Sanchez, Control Project Lead
Thibaut is responsible for programming/commissioning the new systems. As a control engineer Thibaut is responsible for ensuring that the controls site project plan is executing according to scheduling and phasing. This includes start-up coordination as well as commissioning and test coordination. His role provides interface and coordination with customer(s) and subcontractors to resolve issues and problems to the satisfaction of the company/customer. Other responsibilities include: site progress monitoring, daily progress assessment of electrical installation and contribution to the team with regard to risk analysis and contingency management.
