My current position is focused on the Global SAP ERP implementation and integration in all the GGB Bearings entities. From the beginning of this project I have progressed in different steps:
- ERP Selection
- Blue Print Definition
- Core Model Definition
- SAP Roll Out (Business Analyses, SAP Customization, Change Management, Trainings, CutOver Tasks and Go Live)
My capacity to communicate, to be enthusiast but also my ability to always prioritize tasks with the desire to learn and to stretch personal development allow to solve strong problems.
Across all the Roll Out performed in different countries (US, FR, DE, SK, AT, IT) I really liked building partnership with the local team, learning the different culture from them and their ways of working which are really add values for me.
Moreover helping and leading people to improve and optimize the business are key factors for me.
