With more than 20 years of experience in the energy and water sectors, working in different roles and countries, I have a strong track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
I have built and managed high-performance teams, fostering long-term customer relationships and driving profitable growth. I have also successfully led and delivered complex and challenging projects in various industrial domains, such as steel, glass, printing, water and renewables, across different regions and cultures. I lived and worked in Brazil and the United States.
I led organizational changes with the aim of increasing commercial efficiency, sustaining the organization and improving customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, I am passionate about management, and human capital development and like to empower my team.

I learned very early on, as a skipper, to face uncertainty, stay calm in bad weather and coordinate the teammates so that they are mobilized towards an objective.

I like to set goals and achieve them; I also like challenges. I am driven by the quest for excellence, ethics and team spirit.

  • General Electric - International Sales Manager for Renewables Department

    Paris 2007 - 2014 Renewables Department :
    2010 : contract signed ( > 12 M€) for the reverse osmosis largest water plant of the world in Australia with Suez Degremont. First large desalination plant for Converteam.
    - Negociation of the contract in Melbourne with EPC,
    - Management of technical studies in France.
    2009 : contract signed with CEA (> 100 k€). Converters for nuclear research.

    Steel Department :
    2008 - 2009 : many commercial offers / commercial negociations for international inquiries for steel rolling mills / complete turnkey steel installations.
  • Cegelec - Project Manager (Training Period)

    Saint-Denis 2005 - 2005 Project manager for the High Voltage connection between the 2 AIRBUS manufacturing sites.
    Test banch automation for CEA.
  • Xerox Global Services - Project Manager - Account Manager

    Saint-Denis 2005 - 2007 Technip - Areva T&D - Rhodia - AGF.
    Management for the first large deployment of print policy project for Technip. 400 Xerox printers installed and 2500 printers removed from the Technip HQ. Team of 20 people management.
  • Fives - Control Engineer - Commisioning Supervisor

    Paris 1995 - 2002 2002 : Steel-making site of C.S.T - Commissioning of the installation (Vitoria, ES - Brazil).

    2001 - 2002 : Steel-making site of Acesita (Arcelor) - Commissioning of the installation (Timotéo, MG - Brazil).
    - Supervision of the work teams on site.
    - Responsible for setting up the factory’s computer network.
    - Training of the operators and maintenance teams in Portuguese.
    - Commissioning of the control furnace program and station of mixture gas on time.

    2001 : Conception of a steel-making installation’s control program.

    1999 - 2000 : Virginia (United States). Commissioning of two steel-making furnace prototypes.

    1999 : Performance tests of a steel-making furnace in Kentucky (United States).

    1998 : Commissioning of a flat-glass furnace in Egypt.
