- stakeholders were involved in brainstorming to define and select improving solutions compliant to company’s objectives and strategy.
- business cases were defined and approved by senior managers and the sponsoring director
- requirements of the improving projects were transmitted to team leaders
- improving projects were controlled and their progress reported to managers and sponsor
Improving solutions resulted in
- process redesigns (with ARIS tool)

- increases of the customer support efficiency and quality by
o developing a worldwide community of technical specialists
o facilitating the delivery of consultancy
o enhancing the documentation and building a shared knowledge repository
