Mon métier est d'améliorer la compétitivité des entreprises par l'optimisation de leur chaine de valeur, l'arbitrage "make-or-buy", avec un souci constant d'innovation, et de pérennité.
Je suis intéressé par toutes entreprises souhaitant mener à bien des projets de réduction des coûts achats, ou d'amélioration de la compétitivité (qui ne passe pas forcément par le "low cost sourcing", loin de là !)
