My primary skills and interest are in Electronic, design and projects management in Thomson-CSF (now Thales). Then I moved to Automotive Industry as Internal Project Champion, then to Quality & Engineering director positions.
I finally moved in Supplier Quality management role as Global SQD manager position for a Delphi automotive Division.
In 2015, I became an independent Consultant.

My interpersonal skills, diverse technical background, and quality problem solving expertise provided me a base so that I can understand issues quickly, set appropriate direction for change management, and build acceptance for the change.

My certification in Coaching provides me a new vision of change management approach.
