  Puteaux 2017 - maintenant Work with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the Lyxor's
  processes, information, and information technology assets. It goes from definition of long term general
  targets to specific short term solution definition, with participation to constant adjustments during the course
  of the execution. I'm currently making the achitect's role evolve to become the facilitator of an architecture
  community that will collectively build solutions and insure that they're put in place.

• Société Générale - Head of functional and applicative architecture for front office

  PARIS 2010 - 2017
  In charge of the Front-Office FA architecture team since its creation. The team defines the IS transformation
  cycles with all the parties involved and make sure through dedicated governance that it actually happens.

• Société Générale - Head of Business Analysis for Equity derivatives

  PARIS 2008 - 2009 - Transversal projects and studies, including anti-fraud

• Société Générale - Deputy Head of IT Department - Commodities and Trade Structured Finance

  PARIS 2004 - 2006 Helped to reorganise the department: with no additional headcount (25), the department was able to
  completely rebuild the information system by completing 2 major projects.
  - Project Manager of Bâle 2 project for Commodities and trade finance- small but critical - 450 k EUR .
  - Built an innovative rule-based risk management tool- 3,5 M EUR , winner of SGCIB innovation award.

• Société Générale - Solutions Architect - Fx and treasury department

  PARIS 2003 - 2004 Definition of a Strategic Plan for the department ;
  -Scoping of a multi-year transformation project (more than 5M EUR ) : High level requirements, software
  architecture, costs.
  -Proposed organization for the department

• Société Générale - Head of IT Department

  PARIS 2001 - 2002 internet projects for fixed income Manager of a department in charge of development and maintenance of internet related projects : FX trading
  and treasury website, intranet for branches as well as several marketing websites.
  
  Highlights:
  - Stabilization of the trading site Idealforex obtained by re-architecting the site to take advantage of
  Multipass; from several service interruptions per week to less than one per month.
  - Team reorganization: to accompany the budget fall (from 17 to 10 members), reorganization by
  competence instead of by project resulted in significant productivity gains.

• Société Générale - Project Manager & Technical coordinator

  PARIS 2000 - 2001 fx trading platform at Societe Generale Corporate and
  Investment Banking - SGCIB
  Involved as a technical coordinator in a Multi-bank fx trading startup called "Centradia"
  At the same time project manager of Multipass, a generic platform to connect to multiple internal or external
  trading platforms.

• Société Générale - Software developper and IT project manager - FX, Exotic derivatives

  PARIS 1993 - 2000 Software development for the Fx exotic options desk : pricer, risk analysis tools, trade lifecycle tools.
