    WEB MERCHANDISING
    - Online store merchandising on DEMANDWARE in collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize opportunity and growth.
    - Managing promotions & offers, building and deploying online marketing campaigns in collaboration with the EMarketing team.
    - Supporting the optimization of online navigation presentations with Developers and Designers, based on analytics (click-path, traffic, conversion, etc.).

    BUYING
    - Planning seasonal buying strategies with the head of consumer oriented channels buying team, and providing analysis to support decisions.
    - Preparing budgets and collection structure per brand, season, segmentation & product family. Support the Web Merchandising team (7 persons) in their buying and insure we hit deadlines.
    - Stock management and stock availability analysis. Working with the team to control inventory levels and replenishment in order to maximize online availability while minimizing inventory holding costs and other supply chain costs.
