  • UNILEVER - Consumer & Customer Centric Supply Chain Programme Director Assistant

    Rueil-Malmaison 2008 - maintenant I am currently working on assisting the formulation of a new supply chain strategy for the group on a global level.
    Key activities include identifying key capabilities in Production, Information Management and Communication across multiple layers in the Group as well as with external bodies.

    All findings are presented to top management

  • Unilever - Supply Chain Consultant

    Rueil-Malmaison 2006 - 2007 Working in the supply chain finance department on several projects included a large distribution network optimisation study for the domestic China market.
    This study looked at the growth and strategy till 2012 to re design the flow of goods across the country.
    Once completed I worked on the global key accounts customer service department, reporting replenishment rates and working with the merchandising team to create supply chain joint business plans.
