  • Altavia - Chief of Staff of the CEO & International New Business Developer

    Saint-Ouen 2014 - maintenant Business partner for 33 years, Altavia is a non-listed independent group specialized in commercial communications for network companies.

    Founded in 1983 by Raphaël Palti, its Chief Executive Officer, the Group finds innovative, technological and efficient ways, especially tailored to the retail needs, to activate the business of more than 300 network companies, on a day to day basis.

    Located in 35 sites in 26 countries in Europe and Asia, with more than 1250 people, the Altavia Group reported a turnover of 621 million euros in 2014.

    Chief of Staff of the CEO and founder Mr. Raphael Palti
    - Worked with the CEO on day-to-day operations, conducted research and analysis, prepared internal and external meetings and handled confidential materials on tight delivery schedule.
    - Organized bimonthly Executive Committees, Board of Directors meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Strategic Orientation Committee, Managing Directors’ yearly seminar.
    - Coordinated international M&A operations.
    - Actively participated in the negotiation of a credit line to finance the external growth.
    - Launched a Group mutualized Packaging offer.
    - Responsible for the successful implementation of all Group decisions.

    International New Business Developer
    - Worked with the International New Business Director on development strategies and business operations to grow international new business for the Group.
    - Handled international tenders from A to Z. Negotiated contracts.
    - Participated in several pitches and won major international Creative, Prepress and Print Management accounts.
    - Interacted with central services, international Business Unit Managing Directors, International Key Account Directors and operational teams.
    - Responsible for the submission of complete offers of service under short deadlines.

  • EAT MY TRUCK SAS - Co-founder and CEO

    2013 - 2014 Launched one of the first foodtrucks in France, specialized in "gourmet hot dogs".

    Prospected and signed public and private partnerships. Responded to Public Requests for proposal. Participated in more than 100 events per year. Accredited "official caterer" at the Stade de France.
    Diversification: creation of two permanent food corners in Parisian concert halls.
    Business plan. Mentored by the Chef of the gourmet restaurant "Bakkus" (Paris). Food hygiene certificate.

    Sold the company to a world leading foodservice company.
  • MEDIA PROPRE - Co-founder and CEO

    2011 - 2013 Launched an advertising agency. Net sales 2013: €485k, Net sales 2012: €270k.

    Innovative communication tools for caterers, hotels and transportation companies.
    Key accounts sales manager; defined and implemented the marketing and sales strategy.
    Recruited, trained and supervised a team of eight business contributors in 2012-2013.

    Won several prizes and contests including:
