With 13 years of experience in various positions, mainly in distribution channels activation, consumers activation, development de Route to Market, training and management of sales team and a good sense of human relation
I led marchandising projects and customers loyalty programs with some brands and participate to the developpment of new products in Burkina Faso such as Lipton, Rama, Vaseline, with Unilever.
I also acquired experience in research, survey, training and coaching of teams as quality controller with RMS Research and Marketing Service (know today as TNS Senegal) and Responsible of field operations with Mercury-Marketing and Strategies (Activation Agency).
I also acquired a multicultural experience trough professional activity in Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and Cameroon but also though travels in Mali, Niger, Benin, Togo, Ghana and France.
I also have experience in projects management, operational marketing; teams management and trade.
