This is what I can tell you about the person I am :

I'm native from Venezuela and living in Paris. I speak Spanish, French, and as you can read, English.

I would like to find myself facing something that needs creativity and that implicates communicative exchanges with people. I'm a polyvalent and very motivated person. I like to exchange with other people about their interests. I'm very curious and very attentive about people's reactions.

I've done so many differents things in my life before coming to France : I've been assistant teacher in the Universidad de Oriente (Venezuela), then teacher myself, then I've done different kind of jobs until I decided to move to France to study a career of engineer (for the second time) to have a valid certificate here to work... yes, I know what you're thinking... motivation is needed to start again something from the beginning ! I've been doing so many different things that I have a clear idea of what I want.

I believe people is smarter than we can think, we just have to give them a chance to prove it. I believe that everyone can learn everything they want if they're really motivated to, I'm convinced that age is not a limit (yes, there are exceptions when you try to do something too physical to your age, like ballet when you're 50 ! but you can do it in a relaxing way and not professional).

I really think that limits are only in our minds.

  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Support for deployment of the 5S approach for productivity, quality and safety improvement

    Rueil Malmaison 2012 - 2012 Within the Group SIASO Peugeot, I accompanied the car dealership managers of Merignac, Pessac, Rive Droite, Ornon and The Bouscat in the animation of the 5S approach for the After Sales Service. With my participation, I involved the entire staff of the various car dealerships to make an initial inventory, define their 5S policy, define and implement a 5S action plan and their relevant evaluation indicators.

    The approach applied with methodology and rigor enabled to generate visible and quantifiable results on cleanliness, environment, internal environment, the image of the Peugeot brand, quality but also safety in workshops car dealers.

  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - IT Project Manager

    Rueil Malmaison 2011 - maintenant Responsible for the study, design, integration and implementation of systems according to customer requirements for logistical control of vehicle parts in the steel workshops of Madrid’s, Vigo’s and Sochaux’s manufacturing plants. The duration of each project is between 3 months and one year and a half. Several projects have been managed in parallel. Project manager for C4 Cactus, Madrid (one year and 5 months).
