Duties and experience: Supervising activities maintenance and repair for the mechanical static equipment: columns, reactors, heat exchangers, different type of pressure vessels. To supervise the scheduled and unscheduled mechanical maintenance on field static and rotating equipment, proactively identifying and resolving problems and minimising downtime, in safe manner and in compliance with client and best practice maintenance procedures. Supervision all maintenance activities developed in field and workshop are carried out in a safe manner, in accordance with the best working practise and in respect with scheduling programs.Monitoring, inspecting and verifying the performance of the maintenance activities executed and their respect of time scheduling.Services activities such as disassembly / reassembly & testing. Cleaning and replace a variety of internal parts (This work can include, but not limited to, internal manhole covers, trays, nozzles, flappers etc.).Transportation of components to the designated cleaning area, Industrial Cleaning of equipment and components at the designated cleaning area,mechanical isolations, equipment removal, open, clean, reassembly and installation, remedial tasks such as bearing, shaft, couplings, seals and mechanical seal maintenance, alignment. Supervising the mounting / dismantling of the units, replacing of rotors, distillation, valves turning, bearings, shafts, mechanical seals, couplings, pipe lines, relief valves, flanges, gaskets, etc., according to the manufacturer's instructions and equipment technical book. Maintenance, repaire and calibration safety valves, regulators. Responsible with test packages and punch items. To attend final walkthrough of completed piping systems and verify clearing of all punch list prior to mechanical completion. Preparing procedures for the maintenance activities execution, recording and submittal of resources with the corresponding work durations, material and spare parts used compliance with specific maintenance contracts(CMS).
Issuing daily / weekly reports regarding progress or other concerns and submit them to the manager.

: Location: ( commissioning and maintenance activities).
Duties and experience: Practical knowledge to coordinate and supervise all type the valves, pipe supports, flange alignment,bolt tensioning. To coordinate the reinstatement activity also ensuring that all pipe system is reinstated after the PI&D and Izometrical specifications. Punch list and mechanical completions activities. Preparing for air blowing, leak test, nitrogen services, start-up, Fuel Gas Liquid (FGL) systems from NGL4. (Pipes difference class and size). To coordinate and supervise the preparation of piping circuits for chemical cleaning (remove instruments ,valves, replace them with piping spools, instalation of inlets , outlets jumpers,return lines that are required for this activity ,visual inspection , leak test , flushing , instrumental air blowing (and nitrogen blowing)after chemical cleaning for drying the sistem ;preparation and blowing by Steam and put in service of High pressure ;Medium pressure ;Low pressure Steam & Condensate line. Reparing leak. Preparation for final inspection test package. To supervise the reinstatement of the circuit , all valves and instruments as per P&I D. Preparing the work permits ,tool box,necesary for all this activities. Reparing leak. Preparation for final inspection test package. To check the respect of health, safety and environment laws.

Experience in mouting,replace and change valves, flanges, pipe supports, gasket (different classes and size according to drawing). Supervised activities for chemical cleaning. Install all equipment for this activity (boiler, heat exchanger, manifolds, fittings, hoses, pumps, filters). I have knowledge and experience for handling and storage of chemicals needed for this activity. Activities in the following locations on the site: modules, pipebridges,mannifold pumps house.
