My role is to assist merchants manage their Payment Solutions and Omnichannel Services when determining their retail strategy within specific markets, such as Open-Payment, Transportation, Parking, Vending and Hospitality.
Aligned with our customer-centric organization, my goal is to help retailers follow consumers across verticals and to unify the consumer experience by offering a smooth buying experience, regardless of the channel of interaction in which customers choose to make a purchase.

Paris2016 - 2017Within the Smart Terminals Team, I am in charge of the Marketing of Self-Service Payment Solutions and New Offers for cashless and contactless acceptance – from card to NFC smartphone payments –.
Working closely with the Product Team and the different countries of the Europe & Africa region, my role is to understand the needs of the countries, to anticipate the trends and successfully launch new complex offers with partners for the Self-Service / Unattended market verticals: Vending, Parking, Petrol, Payment Kiosks, Connected Screens and Open Payment/Transportation.
Aligned with the overall strategy of the company, my goal is to ensure that these offers are relevant, complete, competitive and profitable with Ingenico Group E&A subsidiaries and partners (resellers, vendors, integrators).
