    2015 - maintenant Responsible for implementing the outsourcing of all financial, accounting and payroll aspects of the Swiss subsidiary to external partners and a shared service center in China.
    Statutory accounts with adjustments from US-Gaap to Swiss Gaap. Local audit. VAT.
    Systems enhancements for the Swiss entity. Problem solving for Oracle R11 to R12 migration issues.

    2006 - 2015 Responsible for all of the financial and accounting aspects of the Swiss subsidiaries, reporting to the Regional Finance Director. Key tasks:
    - Supervising the accounting team (AP/AR/GL/FA/billing), timely reporting for financial and statutory accounts (UK Gaap), leading audits, budgeting, treasury, some payroll activities, VAT,handling complex accounting (i.e. financial leases), etc.
    - Management reporting, controlling and business analysis (revenue analysis, forecasting models, complex computations from different systems for cost analysis and control), support to sales or engineering departments on key customers or suppliers.
