Be it a difficult to find candidate, a remote location, a specific Nationality a language skill or a particular skill set that you are looking for, I will endeavour to find that person for you. The majority of my candidates come to me via referral, networking or search.
I avoid the use of candidate databases, as like most organisations if you are using a recruiter, you generally dont want the candidates that are readily available in the marketplace, your internal recruitment team can find those for you. I search for the hard to find, the unique and for candidates that you cannot find yourself. I offer very reasonable fees to my clients in the current market and adhere to very strict GDPR guidelines, seeking permission from my candidates to forward their CV to named clients. Its just the way I work.
