  2) Automated the daily monitoring report which required manual efforts to fetch and feed data from sources. Reduced the execution time to accomplish the task from 2h to 15 minutes resulting in 87.5%-time savings.

  4) Worked with cross-functional teams involving external business users, Incident Management team and various 3rd party vendors to resolve the issues raised by business and from monitoring setup at the internal and external level of application with zero escalations or SLA breach.
  5) Automated the reoccurring issues using UNIX shell scripting and fine-tuning the internal monitoring setup resulting in the reduction of 30% of team efforts.
  6) I was 2nd level support for any application issues during the peak sales in 2016.
