* Advise the general manager Maurel & Prom in all Group HSE guidance
* Promote among subsidiaries, HSE actions to achieve the objectives set by the HSE Management.
* Provide assistance, HSE, studies and operations required by subsidiaries in all exploration and production phases.
* Consolidate the various HSE returns of Maurel & Prom entities and notify them according to their importance to general management.
* Develops and maintains the HSE repository of the Company communicates and disseminates it to all staff.
* Control the proper implementation of HSE systems subsidiaries, by audit shares of subsidiaries, and conducting large-scale exercises.
* CODIR systematically with HSE Siege, and occasionally those of subsidiaries.
Prepares HSE certification process for the company.
* Defines the reference HSE training Maurel & Prom, their content and the training curriculum of the entire M & P staff. He attends the trades need to prepare the subsidiary training matrix and participate in the development of HSE training module (Group level).
* Following subsidiaries training indicators, to establish the Group's action plans.
* Consolidates all subsidiaries HSE data to prepare a Group HSE report. It analyzes the trends observed HSE issues its findings to general manager.
* Participates (as required) to the investigation of accidents / incidents with ≥3 gravity and / or a ≥4 potential seriousness, it informs the general manager progress of the investigation, the findings and validates the final report.
* Is the guarantor of the operation of monitoring indicators HSE subsidiary Maurel & Prom. It develops in this sense the systems for collecting performance indicators and allocates resources to achieve it. ;
