Spec up customer solutions and to make sure that ViewSonic products are at the forefront of competitors models
Post sales solution/support dealing with escalated issues, supporting the Sales/Product teams
To work closely with external associated partners and customers
Ad hoc technical support issues
Technical lead for product escalation between EU HQ and Business unit
Work with the technical product support team and service provider for post sales activity
Internal product training and documentation:
Ensure technical solutions/documentation are in place from proactivity, feedback and escalated issues.
Create product training material and develop training plan for internal staff.
Ensure product knowledge is up to date and current technologies
Training events for internal workshops and external customers
Event Planning:
Work with external parties/marketing team to create booth design and layout
Prepare showcase product and content management
Onsite involvement with setup and product knowledge support during the event
Pre-launch production test:
Pre-production models tested for European market
Potential issues are tested and resolved with involvement from the Business unit
Technical specification and documentation are up to date
Demo kits available on demand for PR review and testing
