En résumé

I have obtained my PhD in the cardiovascular field. During this period I have used the principal physiological techniques needed to investigate the cardiovascular system. But nowadays, a “gene-function” approach is essential so I have decided to choose a post-doctoral position in a molecular lab to complete my formation.

With this “gene-function” strategy, I have developed cardiovascular and neuroscience projects leading to scientific publications and reviews. My work had permit to generate new original animal models of cardiovascular diseases and neuronal disorders. We patented 2 of these models. To increase my knowledge and the impact factor of my research, I have developed collaborations with public labs and pharmacological companies. Indeed, my experience and techniques used in the lab had interested some companies to identify new intracellular signalling pathway involved in physiopathology and therefore to identify new therapeutic targets (molecule screening to identify new activators/inhibitors of these signalling pathways).
