As a Manager (Microsoft Practice & .Net Lab), I report directly to the CEO and my role consists in:
- Defining, building and managing Microsoft business activities (inception, business strategy, building, marketing and releasing),
- Strong partnership development with Microsoft, and other companies with complementary skills,
- Ensuring our quality is noticed (happy customers, Microsoft partner network, non-Microsoft partners, …)
- Motivate and ensure our .Net team has got the highest possible skills, both technically but also in terms of soft skills (Agile Innovation games, events, Microsoft certifications, fun…)
- Provide consulting, expertise, training and work as pre-sales on the Microsoft .Net fields or Agile / DevOps transformation.

Created 15 years ago, we are a well established firm specialized Object Oriented Modeling and Coding (Java, .Net...), all done in agile context (very active community, present in numerous nationwide events, provide training and consulting, …). ==> with over 110 M€ and worldwide presence.

Creation of the team around Silverlight 4.0 and Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 technologies. AGILE project management to best fit the customer's needs.

Animation d’une équipe de 3 à 6 personnes afin de réaliser la refonte complète du site vente-privee.com et diverses évolutions ou nouveaux projets.

Pour le lancement de Windows VISTA, dans une équipe de 3 personnes : Création d'un Gadget VISTA "vente-privee.com".
Spécialisé dans la création d’un mini-framework JavaScript et intégration graphique de l’ensemble du Gadget. (Visual studio 2005, Windows VISTA version Beta, PhotoShop).
