My professional path is mainly focused on human support through organization and system transformation;
I have worked a lot on transfers of activities and resources between entities to smooth transition and minimize impacts; I have also worked on the transformation of these organizations.

I really like dealing with a wide variety of challenges and solving situations qualified as puzzles with fun !
I am very confortable with non-structured situations, I can start from scratch easily and think out of the box to suggest non-conventional solutions.

    -- Management of an EMEA project driving the transfer of IT resources and related roles and responsibilities from Business side to Volvo IT -- ITDC (IT Delivery Consolidation project)
