    Sophia Antipolis 2015 - maintenant Project: Product Management for Amadeus e-Power portfolio of products (both B2B and B2B2C) that offer travel agencies belonging to different segments and sizes with complete e-commerce solution to excel at their business via online and offline sales channels provided via a ready to use booking engine and post-booking cross-sell and up-sell platform.

    Primary responsibilities
    * Product Management of ePower Consolidator which contributes 30% of the segments in ePower portfolio and its convergence activity in Selling Platform Connect
    * Responsible for While label cross-sell platform which is key for Travel Agencies to sell Airline ancillary services to maximise their profits
    * Managing Payments, Security, PCI DSS Audits, Airline Ancillary Services and Hotels in ePower portfolio
    * Providing consultancy and support to top customers from UK, Spain, Italy and France to ensure their needs are met and product comply with latest security, industry and trade standards/regulations in various global markets
    * Managing product delivery and co-ordinating implementation of key projects for Merchandising up-sell/cross-sell which serves global travel agency clients of Amadeus -- which are well known market leaders in OTA, TMC and Travel Retailers segments -- selling leisure and business travel
    * Identifying opportunities for growth by monitoring product performance, performing data analysis and presenting results to management and markets, coupled with customer needs, market research, organization strategy, technical analysis, estimated ROI to build product strategy
    * Building, prioritizing the macro-level product roadmap by gathering customer requirements, justification & validation

    * Prepared and successfully delivered PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Audit with R&D, soon after joining Amadeus to win Level 1 Certification for the product portfolio for 2 consecutive years
    * Collaborated with Legal & Security teams to formulate processes to minimise Security and Legal risk and ensured compliance by over 118 third party PSP (Payment Service Providers, eg. VisaCybesrouce, MasterCard DataCash, etc.) globally from 90 countries, for compliance of 2016 PCIDSS Audit
    * Managed integration and deployment of Amadeus Airline Ancillary Services in the product globally. Initiated performance and usability improvements with continuous data monitoring tools to improve product offering. Adapted the Ancillary service offering to B2C clients in a span of 6 months -- drastically increasing adoption, resulting in contribution increase of 38% of B2C segment, after initial launch in 2016
    * Delivered a working prototype in 6 months from conception of the innovation proposal with the R&D, and received positive feedback from clients, leading to planned commercialisation of the concept
