I’m benefiting of a mix office, workshop & site based project, manufacturing, construction and quality control management experience. I have worked in the construction of off shore oil &gas platform construction, car-ferry building; Chemical, petrochemical & Power plant, Water pumping & sewerage station installation. I have worked also in the manufacturing, welding &quality control of carbon steel and stainless steel pressure vessels, filters, mounted skids, process equipment, special fitting, tanks, piping and wind towers.
In the companies I worked for, I have been always involved in the continuous improvement and development projects concerning either technical or organizational targets.
In this stage of my career, and with my personality traits and soft skills especially in term of communication and leadership, I’m actually looking for challenging mission at the top management of organizations to define & implement strategies, plan business development, and institute good governance practices and ethics.

    Sfax 1993 - 2004 Responsibilities:

    - In charge of managing project in execution including budget and time scheduling, coordinating with customers, end users, suppliers and subcontractors, conducting & supervising steel construction works, controlling progress and cost.
    - Managing Quality control activities from the establishment of QA/QC project documents (quality plan, Inspection test plan, QC procedure inspection..) to the implementation of Quality Control programs including the coordination, performance and execution of manufacturing and construction inspection & testing to ensure meeting standard and contractual project requirements.
    - Constituting the manufacturing record book including all material and welding traceability and inspection reports giving the proof of the compliance of all executed works to the pertinent project specifications, codes and standards.
    - Preparing projects welding engineering documents (WPS, PQR, WPQ..) and assuring monitoring of welding activities to be in compliance with the prepared documents.

    6. Manufacturing 17 Facilities oil processes for ENNAGA-LIBYA, (CONSAD 2001/2002)
    7. Manufacture of miscellaneous steel structure and equipment for cement factory ENNFIDHA and Djebel- Ouest (Polysius 2002-2003).

    Responsibilities:

    - In charge of managing construction works on site, including review of contractual specifications, drawings, procedures and QHSE documents, scheduling, preparing all erection &handling equipment & tools, selecting and mobilization of workers, providing logistic assistance and assuring materiel arrival timing, conducting erection works, preparing and supervising handling and lifting operations, ensuring respect of HSE rules, controlling progress and coordinating on site with customers, end users, and subcontractors.
