I have more than 15 years experience working with several international organizations in which 7 years as a country representative and have collaborated all along with several donors and partners. My broad areas of expertise include representation, management, security, evaluation, administration, finance and logistics.

In the meantime I have developed a strong knowledge on wide range of technical thematic like nutrition, livelihoods, primary health care, cash transfer systems, and strategic approaches like LRRD, resilience and post-emergencies integration approach in Sahel area as well as rural and local development including environment issues.

The breath of my experience allows me to develop relevant operational strategies, as well as, support services and organizational development for the programs themselves.

On all my missions, I had to strength and raise the operational levels of action and sustainability by enhancing performance, quality and visibility. I am recognized by my peers as an excellent portfolio developer, as I am a results focused and I have great success through positive team building.

Well motivated, and have developed during my professional experience the qualities of listening, understanding, diplomacy, negotiation and capacity to work in an environment of stress. I am self motivated, able to function under pressure and handle numerous tasks simultaneously. I am willing to take initiative, prioritize with minimal supervision, and work independently as well as function as part of a team.

I have a strong interest in discovering new challenges, specially in Caribbean and Asia. I am almost bilingual French/ English and speak fluently several others local languages.
