- Charged of all Import/Export operations, following up the repairs such as radios & equipments needed for the field, Representative of the company for customs clearance, getting authorizations for gas, chemicals, Radioactive source v-sat … and for all what it concerns according Algerian laws and authorities.
- Dealing with the transport of Radioactive source and chemicals
- Coordinating between the teamwork and the forwarder, transport for the Air, Sea & Road freight. Transporting the goods from suppliers aboard to our stores.
- Arranging for movement of over-dimensional, over-weight or hazardous materials/equipments via all modes of transporting
- Establish and implement Traffic & Logistics Plans, Procedures, work process, and resources to ensure the safe, timely, and economical delivery of goods to meet project requirements
- Inventory movements follow up, assets transfers.
- Bank cautions reports.
- Bank recovery reports
- Preparing VAT exemptions.
- Taking care of the fleet (light vehicles, Trailers, Trucks) documentation (registration, insurance, inspection)
