3.2 to build a prevention culture based on risk-analysis : FMEA, SWOT, WHAT-IF, Business Continuity Plan,
3.2 to build a mid-term and short-term QSE strategy (Brown Papers, Management Reviews, Policy Deployment),
3.3 to involve teams : hierarchical and functional (Management 2.0),
3.4 to build strong network : internal and external (AIAG, CLEPA, ECHA, IATF, SFEPA, ...),
3.5 to upfront and implement ISO management standards : ISO/TS 16949 v2017, ISO 9001 v2015, ISO 14001 v2015, ISO 45001 v2016,
3.6 to listen, understand and help solving issues (5 Why, 6 Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa, Is/Is Not, Sigma),
3.7 to drive/emulate change (Hoshin, Kaizen, Theory of Constraints),
3.8 to turn a cost center into a profit center,
3.9 to perform internal audits according to ISO 19011 requirements (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, VDA 6.3, Core Tools),
3.10 to improve processes via Core Tools management (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC),
3.11 to coordinate wolrdwide team through a companies division : 8D, Fault Tree, FMEA, Control Plan, SWI,
3.12 to build a global 1Product / 1 Process expertise on active & passive safety automotive electronics products,
