Paris2011 - maintenantDuring that period I have been project manager for one of the most important IT projects in Galeries Lafayette in Paris Facing an ever growing number of tourists visiting their stores and being refunded of the taxes they normally would have to pay if they were french citizen, Galeries Lafayette need to pay commissions to all those Guides and Tour Operators which are providing them with this massive inflow of captive customers. To do so the the most nrational way it has been decided to implement an new software that would be able to handle this important financial traffic. I was in charge to interface Galeries Lafayette stackholders and the sofware vendor nemed Global Blue.
