2012 - maintenantI am responsible for providing necessary support to ensure correct development, management and improvement of HSE Management System which include the following key accomplishments:
* Acting as client review authority for safety design documents within the feed stage of an LPG plant;
* Ensuring EPC Contractors' deliverables are in accordance with contractual requirements and the approved "Statement of Requirements", to ensure all company standards are met regarding HSE matters;
* Participating in HAZOP and LOPA (SIL verification) reviews (40+ hours as a scribe);
* Developing and reviewing different HSE procedures ( Risk Assessment, Process Isolations, Regulatory inspections, incident investigation, management of radioactive materials...etc);
* Preparing detailed scope of work, performing technical evaluation, follow up, final review and reception of Safety and Environmental studies (i.e. Safety Case, EIA, ERP...etc) required for compliance with the Algerian legislation;
* Leading and participating in incident investigations;
* Reviewing and upgrading emergency response plans and procedures;
* Reviewing and replying to insurance companies HSE audit reports;
* Coaching new HSE engineers;
* Preparing and delivering HSE presentations covering a wide range of topics.

* Preparing detailed scope of work and material specifications for different fixed fire protection systems in an onshore oil & gas production installation;
* Auditing fixed fire protection systems, performing gap analysis against NFPA standards and producing recommendations and corrective actions;
* Executing performance tests for firewater systems;
* Undertaking safety reviews for all process modifications;
* Preparing project safety requirements, analysing and reviewing all safety aspects through project phases (conceptual design, Front End Engineering Design, EPC, Commissioning);
* Design and installation of fixed fire protection systems on crude oil floating roof storage tanks in compliance with (IP19, NFPA11, NFPA16);
