  • United Nations Operation - Administrative Associate

    2005 - maintenant - Provide Administrative and Human Resources supports to the CITS regional office (Administration -Asset Management – Radio – Telephone -Satellite and Special Projects) :

     Finances: prepare and follow up advance requests, mission allowances and reimbursements, hotel booking for National and International staff members (F10).
     Follow up on contracts and ID cards expiration , Medical Insurance Plan cards and movement of CIT staff members with e-MOP (online application) and UN Department of Safety and Security visas (Security clearance);
     Coordinate closely with Personnel Section a range of human resources issues leave monitoring for CITS, Movement Control and Air Operations Sections,
     Translate all section related incoming/outgoing documents from French to English such as memorandum, invoices,





    - Security
     In coordination with the Radio Unit , organize regularly training sessions on how to use the VHF and HF radio materials both mobile and base stations,
     Play the role of Warden during the exercise of evacuation (implementation of the integrated security plan) and crisis situation ,
     Provide daily report on team member current location for security update

    - Plan and Organize Communications supports to the Region East Headquarters’ clients
    at Bouake (civilians-militaries-police forces) and its sub-offices located at Abengourou, Bondoukou, Bouna, Daoukro, Ferkessedougou, Korhogo and Yamoussoukro :

     Ensure that management decisions are properly carry out and communications services and equipment are delivered in a timely manner to the regional clients (civilians – militaries observers – contingents and polices forces),
     update and manage the regional communication databases on daily basis,
     acting as asset manager until the establishment of the CIT Asset Management Unit

    - Personnel Briefing / Training
     Coordinate with the technicians the training sessions for customers related to the communications and information technology issues,
     Manage the briefing material for the regular or high level meeting ,
     Provide proper information to new or redeployed staff member and follow up their requests to get communications and information technology facilities.
