    2013 - maintenant I am responsible for the follow up of compliance to requirements (contracts, codes/standards, law, internal imposition) for the supply of all the equipments of a project as the focal point to the internal project team, suppliers/subcontractors and customers for all quality aspects. I am currently implicated on projects for Heat Recovery Steam Generators in Iraqi Combined Cycle Power Plants, coordinating quality activities for suppliers/subcontractors globally.
    As a member of the Quality Assurance team, I am also implicated in the improvement of:
    - Our documentation
    - Work processes and more particularly the consistency of common processes with our subsidiary in the USA, CMI Energy LLC:
    o Suppliers/Subcontractors audit and approval
    o Material purchase specifications
    CMI is a “S”, “U”, “PP”, “R” stamps ASME stamp holder and PED approved company.

    Phase 1 – Project Start:
    - Contractual specifications analysis
    - Participation to Kick-Off Meetings: internal, customers
    - Edition and follow up of the Inspection & Test Program
    - Edition of quality procedures for each project

    Phase 2 – Pre-Manufacturing
    - Participation to Kick-Off Meetings with our suppliers/subcontractors
    - Analysis for comment & approbation of the project documentation

    Phase 3 – Manufacturing
    - Inspection notifications follow up
    - Leadership of workshops inspections of products and documentation, edition of reports and actions
    - Focal point to our suppliers/subcontractors workshops permanent supervisors, and third parties during manufacturing process for equipment marking/stamping (ASME, EN, CE)
    - Follow up of actions, concession requests and non conformities
    - Follow up of Manufacturing Data Books creation

    Phase 4 – Post-Manufacturing
    - QA Release Certificates issuance, in consultation with the internal project team
    - Analysis for comments and approbation of Manufacturing Data Books
    - Focal point to our erection site permanent representatives on quality and erection aspects for pressure parts

    Genève 2011 - 2013 Scope: Management of a technical unit composed of specialised consultants. Close follow-up of projects related to embedded systems, rail, automation, and energy.

    - Failed equipment investigation from the software error messages by doing a FMECA-like analysis
    - Maintenance operations improvement by creating and writing failed equipment identification methods, in collaboration with the technicians
    - Weekly report of work advancement during group meetings

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2010 - 2010 In charge of developing a Request For Proposals process improvement software for the telecommunication satellites radiofrequency team.

    o Audit of all radiofrequency engineers to learn the actual processes.

    o Software tools development (VBA Excel) delivering statistics for RFP managers and deliverables.
    - Functional and technical specifications description and writing

    • Check compliance of Astrium performance analyses and customer requirement
    • RFP answer documents automated creation

  • Association Française de Normalisation - Aeronautics Consultant

    2009 - 2009 CRESCENDO is a project aiming at making possible the service agreement of a new aircraft from its digital model only. In charge of bringing an aeronautics expertise to a standardisation specialists team and perform a standardization study.

    o Compilation of a list of all the necessary standards for the implementation of this project, among all disciplines

    o Writing and providing of the associated standardization analysis and methodology. Created the deliverable first draft.

    o Aerospace basics trainings to the project team.

  • Attewell Ltd. - Maintenance Technician

    2007 - 2007 Maintenance and enhancements on Photochemical Etching Machines. I spent 3 months in a factory workshop

    o Conception and fabrication of a metal sheets pre­heating system.

    o Repair of Programmable Logic Component captors and electric system.
    - Broken instruments replacement
    - Preliminary contacts with the PLC manufacturer (Bosch) to prepare the PLC replacement

    o Creation of preventive maintenance methods and processes
    - Analysis of the whole process (material prep, fab, thermical and surface treatment, quality control, packaging)
    - Maintenance and testing planning in collaboration with the production manager in order to define timeslots
