Yann Poirier (MBA) started his first company at the age of 19. He afterwards spent 10 years in a stock broker firm in Paris as an asset manager and a trader. During this period he also contributed to the launch of a secondary trade market and was active in various major M&A operations. He has started up nearly 10 companies and has participated in many corporate finance operation as fund raising, M&A, restructuring, risk analyses and IPO. He lives in China since early 2009 and is the owner and managing partner of SWISSFI Ltd Hong-Kong office.
