En résumé

After various experiences in event organisation and project management mainly in the music and entertainment industries, I decided in December 2010 to create my own company, 'Once Upon a Time', in order to develop and articulate my own artistic projects. I wish now to mix this entrepreneurship experience with new projects and responsibilities in a France based company. The knowledge and skills obtained throughout this atypical background will I hope make me a good potential candidate to consider.

Entreprises

  • Once Upon a Time : OUT - Founder and Artisitc Director

    2010 - maintenant Paris

    - Creation of a start-up, leading and managing a staff of 3 people.
    - Organization and promotion of public events and live concerts.
    - Music programming, artists booking, managing budgets and timings.
    - Online promotion through social medias (buzz activation, leverage of online communities, partnerships with bloggers), combined with a classic marketing mix (radios, press, flyers).
  • 3 Continents’ Festival (Cinema venue) - Event Coordinator

    2010 - 2010 - Responsible for the coordination (schedule of screenings, sourcing of materials, public reception).
    - Management of a group of 20 voluntaries for the duration of the festival (staff planning, formation).
  • Le Showcase (Paris Live Club) - Artistic Direction, Head of Promotion and Communication

    2009 - 2010 - Organization of events and live concerts (every Fridays and saturdays).
    - Leadership and management of a team of 15 people (bartender, security staff).
    - Design management of the website www.showcase.fr.
  • Excuse My French - Head of Promotion and Communication

    2009 - 2010 - Organization of events and concerts: La Bellevilloise (monthly), La Machine du Moulin Rouge (monthly).
    - Event promotion and communication (web and street marketing).
    - Artist interviews and creation of audio and video podcasts.
    - Responsible for artists and public reception.
    - Technical and logistic coordination (material, lights, sound).
  • Goom Radio France - Music Programming

    2008 - 2009 Goom radio is an online digital platform which allows users to create on demand radios. www.goomradio.fr .
    - Lead programmer (specialities: rock, urban, hip hop): programming playlists, radio shows, jingles.
    - Managing radio hosts, producers and graphic artists to give a unique identity to each radio.
  • NRJ (Radion Station, France, Nantes) - Intern - Radio Co-Host and Communication Assistant

    2006 - 2007 - Radio host: Responding to public hosted competitions and songs contest.
    - Organization of events (NRJ School, NRJ against AIDS).
    - Graphic artist (creation of flyers, posters).
